Randy Kinnard recently co-chaired the annual Tennessee Medical Malpractice Seminar, also known as the Tennessee Health Care Liability Act Seminar. This respected two-day event brings together plaintiff and defense attorneys from across the state to discuss key developments, strategies, and challenges in Tennessee medical malpractice litigation.
The seminar featured 19 speakers covering a wide range of topics related to handling medical malpractice claims in Tennessee. In addition to serving as co-chair, Randy was also a featured speaker. He presented on Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress in medical malpractice cases and addressed ethical challenges facing both plaintiff and defense counsel.
The event was attended by 98 attorneys and received strong reviews from participants, reflecting its continued value as an important educational resource for Tennessee legal professionals.
