Lawsuit against Comedy on Deck Tours

Kinnard Law is co-counseling with Eglet Adams Law Firm to represent two plaintiffs in a personal injury lawsuit against a Las Vegas-based company that owned a tour bus involved in a deadly Arizona crash earlier this month.

The lawsuit, filed in Clark County District Court, alleges that a bus owned by Comedy on Deck Tours, Inc. was traveling to Grand Canyon National Park above the speed limit when it rolled and landed on its side on Diamond Bar Road in northwest Arizona on January 22, 2021.

One victim was killed in the collision and dozens of others were injured.

Our clients, who reside in Florida and Alabama, suffered injuries that may be permanent and disabling, and are both continuing to receive treatment. We express our deepest condolences for the family of the victim tragically killed in this crash, and to all others involved in this terrible incident.

The suit brings claims of negligence against the bus driver for their failure to safely operate the bus, and against Comedy on Deck for its negligent hiring, training, retention, and supervision of the bus driver, who the suit claims was inexperienced and unfit to drive a commercial tour bus.
