Kinnard Law present annual Music City Christmas Run

There's No Substitute for Experience
|

Kinnard Law is proud to again sponsor the Music City 5K Christmas Run on December 13, 2014. This annual event lets Nashville residents run, jog or walk their way towards preventing child abuse across Tennessee. Randy Kinnard is the Event Chair for this year's family-friendly event, which has been sponsored by Kinnard Law for the last five years. Competitive runners are encouraged to give their best effort, while participants who just want to have a good time for a good cause are encouraged to walk or chat their way to the finish line.

Proceeds from the Music City Christmas Run go to Prevent Child Abuse Tennessee, a non-profit dedicated to eliminating child abuse across the state. PCAT works with communities, volunteers, and various agencies to support parents and reduce the risk of child abuse and neglect. All of PCAT's programs are available to residents of Davidson County.

Participants and their supporters are encouraged to donate to PCAT. Special diaper donation centers will be set up at the start line, and donors of any size pack of diapers will receive a special thank you.

Nashville residents and visitors looking to get out, have fun, and maybe even shed a few pounds in anticipation of those holiday treats should feel free to attend this fun and worthwhile event. The run will begin at Public Square Park. Registration is still available and walk-up registration begins at 7:00 AM on the day of the race. Runners will begin the race at 8:00 AM and awards will be given out at 9:00 AM.
